Q: Does epoxy necessarily have to be shiny?

A: Epoxy can have various finishes. While it naturally cures to a high-gloss finish, sanding with fine-grit sandpaper and applying an additional topcoat can achieve a matte or satin finish, depending on the desired look.

Q: How long does it take for metallic epoxy to cure?

A: For epoxy curing, allocate at least 72 hours cure time before allowing vehicular traffic and 24 hours before walking on the floor. We also offer our fast set resin flooring system which can be completed in just 1 day.

Q: How do you maintain metallic epoxy flooring?

A: To maintain the beauty of your new metallic floor, it is recommended to sweep away dirt and debris daily as needed. Use a microfiber cloth to dust weekly, then mop the surface with a diluted cleaner/degreaser and warm water at a minimum of once per month for optimal results.
